The Altamaha River runs thru southeast Georgia into the Atlantic Ocean. It is the largest river east of the Mississippi. Altamaha Catfish Adventures is located in Jesup, Georgia, about a one hour drive from Savannah, GA.

Directions to Jaycee Landing: Take US HWY 301 North all the way until you come to a red light at the Rayonier Mill. Go through the red light and to the left will be Jaycee Fairgrounds. Take the road to the left and follow the road down a steep hill to the landing and boat ramps.

We recommend Jaycee Landing  to our traveling fishermen for the fact that Jaycee Landing is close to hotels, town, and local restaurants.
